Three Stockton men charged with possession of stolen property
STOCKTON – On Friday, the Chautauqua County Sheriff’s Department charged Frank Orazio, 22, Spencer Burke, 19, and Justin Burke, 23 with fifth-degree criminal possession of stolen property.
The charges are in connection with a reported larceny that occurred in the Town of Charlotte on Dec. 15. The property that was reported as stolen was allegedly found in their possession.
All three were issued appearance tickets for the Town of Stockton Court for a later date.
Salamanca woman charged with introducing prison contraband
COLLINS – On Saturday, Lori Ginnery, 23, of Center Street in Salamanca was charged with first-degree introducing prison contraband and third-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance.
Reportedly Ginnery was caught attempting to smuggle 14 Oxycodone pills into the Collins Correctional Facility for a family member by an investigator from the New York State Department of Corrections.
She was processed by the state police at their Collins barracks, arraigned in the Town of Collins Court and sent to the Erie County Holding Center on $5,000 bail.
