Irving man wanted in connection with drug investigation

An Irving man is being sought by the Southern Tier Regional Drug Task Force. Todd J. Green, who is thought to be in the Irving area along with Thomas Doner, who is thought to be in the in the Randolph or Salamanca area, are being sought in connection involving the sale and trafficking of illegal narcotics in Cattaraugus County and the city of Salamanca.
The Southern Tier Regional Drug Task Force reports the arrests of four Salamanca residents, Travis J. Doner, 24; Michael C. Walters, 22; Reginald Crouse, 75; and Douglas Farnham, 32. Nicole M. Gilbert, 30, of Derrick City, Pa., was also arrested.
Travis Doner was indicted by a Cattaraugus County Grand Jury on two counts of third-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance and two counts of third-degree criminal sale of a controlled substance. At the time of his arrest, police found him to be in possession of cocaine and marijuana, which led to subsequent charges of fifth-degree criminal possession of marijuana, two counts of third-degree criminal sale of a controlled substance, criminal using drug paraphernalia and unlawful possession of marijuana.
A search warrant at the residence of Travis Doner resulted in seizure of a substantial amount of cocaine and marijuana. Walters, residing in the residence, was charged with criminal use of drug paraphernalia, unlawful possession of marijuana and third-degree criminal sale of a controlled substance.
Gilbert was charged on Nov. 20, Crouse and Farnham were charged on Oct. 24. All were charged with two counts of third-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance and two counts of third-degree criminal sale of a controlled substance.

Anyone with information regarding illegal drug activity is urged to contact their local police department or the Southern Tier Regional Drug Task Force. All calls will be kept confidential.
David R. McNaughton, 26, of Silver Creek was charged with criminal possession of stolen property and third-degree burglary on Jan. 8 from previous charges.
Michael Krystofiak, 22, of McDonough Street was charged with fourth-degree criminal mischief on Jan. 9.
State Police at Fredonia
On Thursday at about 5:50 a.m., troopers charged Francis J. Kujawa, 25, of Columbia Avenue in Jamestown with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation and unlawful possession of marijuana, following a traffic stop on State Route 60 in the Town of Pomfret.
A Department of Motor Vehicles check reported that Kujawa’s license was suspended for insurance lapse. In addition, the troopers reported Kujawa was in possession of a glass smoking pipe containing burnt marijuana residue.
He is to answer charges in the Town of Pomfret Court on Jan. 15.
