Brocton Library to feature art exhibit

The Ahira Hall Memorial Library’s Art at the Library Exhibition Series will present Inspired by Nature, works by Lucy Andrus. The exhibit will open Monday and run through Feb. 2. The library is located at 37 E. Main St., Brocton.

Class of 1968 reunion meeting

The CMHS/DHS Class of 1968 Reunion Committee will hold a meeting on Tuesday at 21 Finch St., Dunkirk. The meeting will begin at 7 p.m. The group will be addressing postcards for class members and discussing menus. Any classmates interested are welcome to attend

Gowanda Neighborhood Watch meeting set for Jan. 23

The Gowanda Neighbor-hood Watch will hold a meeting at 6:30 p.m. on Jan. 23 in the board room at the Village Hall, 27 E. Main St., Gowanda.

General industry OSHA training Jan. 28-29

The Erie 2-Chautauqua-Cattaraugus BOCES Adult & Community Education Division will offer Occupational Safety and Health Administration training for general industry from 12 to 5 p.m. on Jan. 28 and Jan. 29 at the Central Avenue Community Learning Center in Dunkirk.

Participants will learn how to identify and prevent workplace hazards, and all participants will receive a certificate of completion following the two-day training. The cost to participate is $150.
