PORTLAND – Zachary Cave, 25, of Fredonia was charged with unlawful possession of marijuana on Feb. 7. Deputies were speaking with Cave regarding an unrelated incident on Old Mill Road at 5:50 p.m. Deputies noticed an odor of marijuana coming from inside Cave’s vehicle. He was found to be in possession of a small amount of marijuana and was issued appearance tickets.
He will appear in the Town of Portland Court at a later date.
Fredonia Police Department
Adam D. Bautz, 27, of Las Vegas was charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation and having a suspended registration on Feb. 5. He was released on an appearance ticket.
Silver Creek Village Court
Matthew Oakes, 31, of Kenmore, was arraigned and pleaded guilty to aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle in the third degree. He was fined $285.
David Payne III, of Dunkirk, was arraigned on a charge of endangering the welfare of a child. He was released on his own recognizance and returns to court March 6.
Christopher Perry, 27, of Forestville, pleaded guilty to unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle. He was fined $150.
Enoc Ramos, 33, of Sinclairville, pleaded guilty to unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle. He was fined $160.
Amanda Thies, 24, of Silver Creek, pleaded guilty to operating an unregistered motor vehicle. Her fine was $160.
A 17-year-old male of Hanover Street, Silver Creek, pleaded guilty to a curfew violation and was fined $50.
