Silver Creek Middle School announces its Students of the Month
SILVER CREEK – The Silver Creek Central Middle School announces the Students of the Month for December. The students were selected based on the following criteria: strong work ethic, dependability, helpfulness, respectfulness and cooperation with others.
The sixth-grade recipients are Jack Brennan and Madison Mott.
Jack is the son of Kim and Greg Brennan of Silver Creek. Within school, Jack participates in Book Club and Little Cagers Basketball. Outside of school Jack plays on the Lakeshore Eagles Youth Football team and for Hanover Little League. Jack likes to play outside and hang with his friends and brother. Jack would one day like to be a professional athlete.
Madison Mott is the daughter of Neil Mott and Cassandra Baughman of Silver Creek. Within school, she participates in Book Club. Her favorite activities include reading and camping. Madison hopes to be a photographer someday.
The seventh-grade recipients are Jon McDaneld and Rachel Radack.
Jon is the son of Dina and Kelly McDaneld of Silver Creek. Within school he is involved in Book Club, chorus, and plays the French horn in the band. He also is on the cross country, basketball, and track and field teams. Outside of school Jon is a member of the United Angels Youth Group, the Chautauqua Children’s Chorale and takes piano lessons. Jon enjoys hanging out with friends, playing basketball, playing the piano, riding snowmobiles, ATVs, and dirt bikes. He hopes to one day be an author.
Rachel is the daughter of Donna and Andrew Radack of Silver Creek. Within school, she participates in the Grapevine school newspaper club and is on the cross country team. Rachel dances and cheers at Collage Performing Arts Center and has three horses that she rides as often as he can. Rachel would like to be an interior designer.
The eighth-grade recipients are Jessica Daniels and Branden Moore.
Jessica is the daughter of Wendy and Tom Daniels of Silver Creek. Within school, Jessica participates on the volleyball and softball teams. She likes to hang out with friends and read in her spare time. Jessica would like to be either an author or a teacher.
Branden is the son of Arnold and Tara Moore of Sheridan. His favorite activities include playing basketball, airsoft, X-box live, hiking, kayaking, riding his jet ski, camping and training his dog. Branden would like to create new apps and video games.
