Margaret Borrello to run for village of Forestville trustee
Margaret (Mindy) Borrello has announced her candidacy for trustee for the village of Forestville.
Borrello graduated from Forestville Central High School in 1986. She graduated from Jamestown Community College with an A.A.S. degree in human services. She has been a resident of Forestville since 1989, when she accepted her current position with the New York State Department of Corrections. She is currently a team manager with Tastefully Simple, which is a home-based business. She has been a CSEA treasurer of Local 189 in the past.
“I believe that being able to work with all board members regardless of political party affiliation and being a team player working on the betterment of the village should be the most important goal of any trustee. I also believe that creating an affordable and honest budget can only further benefit the village of Forestville and its residents,” Borrello stated.
Borrello also says that she is motivated and committed to keeping the village of Forestville moving forward in such trying economic times.
Elections will be held March 19 from noon to 9 p.m.
