Ramon B. Acevedo, 43, of East Second Street was charged with unlicensed operation on March 3.

Antonio J. Watts, 26, of Main Street was charged with unlawful possession of marijuana on March 4.

Erick V. Boyd, 18, of Grant Avenue was charged with fourth-degree criminal mischief on March 4.

Ryan Falco, 28, of Brocton was charged with third-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance on March 5 from a previous charge.

Julio A. Martinez, 26, of Dove Street was charged with second-degree harassment on March 5.

Ricardo Maldonado, 33, of Webster Street was charged with second-degree harassment on March 5.

Jason E. Lack, 25, of Park Avenue was charged with disorderly conduct on March 6.

A 16-year-old female of Park Avenue was charged with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance and unlawful possession of marijuana on March 6.

Lourdes Delaulle, 31, of Main Street was charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation and failure to obey a traffic control on March 7.

Aaron Cole, 22, of South Pangolin Street was charged with obstruction and third-degree escape on March 8 on a bench warrant.

Alfonso Bautista-Cruz, 26, of Park Avenue was charged with third-degree criminal obstruction of breathing on March 8 on a warrant.

Jamestown man charged with possession of marijuana

ELLICOTT – On Tuesday, Bradley Schauman, 24, of Valleyview Avenue in Jamestown was charged with unlawful possession of marijuana.

Schauman was stopped for a reported traffic violation. The officer reported seeing marijuana on the front passenger’s seat and after searching the vehicle located a plastic baggie containing less than 25 grams of marijuana.

Schauman was issued an appearance ticket returnable to the Town of Ellicott Court on March 19 and released.
