Anthony Pearl running for Silver Creek trustee post
Anthony Pearl is seeking the support of the community in his run for trustee in the village of Silver Creek.
Pearl is a homeowner and taxpayer in the village and has a long family history in the area. He was raised in Silver Creek, graduated from Silver Creek High School and sent his children there as well.
Pearl graduated from SUNY Geneseo with a bachelor of arts in English and a minor in environmental studies. He did graduate work at lthaca College in corporate and organizational media.
During his 29-year career in the judicial system as a court assistant he spent 13 of those years in the family court and 16 years in criminal court. He also spent three of those years in the Buffalo treatment courts as the drug court clerk and six as the housing violations clerk.
“Family is important to me and I value my time with my children – whether it’s playing on the water, exploring the woods around us or supporting their teams,” he said. “As a Dad, a resident and a taxpayer, I’m concerned for the future of our village and our ability to sustain the quality of life that our parents and grandparents worked so hard to achieve.
“Therefore, with your help and your vote, we can address the issues of the rising cost and expense of living in the village while providing an attractive and safe place to live for our children and grandchildren.”
Please vote on March 19 between noon and 9 p.m.
