HANOVER – D’Marcus A. Tallchief, 19, of Irving was charged Sunday with petit larceny after allegedly stealing two cases of beer. Deputies responded to an alarm at Kwik Fill in Irving. An investigation showed store personnel observed Tallchief open the rear door and take the beer. He was issued an appearance ticket to appear in the Hanover Town Court at a later date.

BROCTON – Michelle Beaujean, 28, of Fredonia, was charged Saturday with driving while intoxicated common law and DWI per se with a blood alcohol content of .08 percent or higher. Deputies along with Fredonia and Westfield Police were called to the St. Stephen’s Hotel around 2:35 a.m. for a disorderly person. Upon arrival a patron pointed out a vehicle in which the disorderly persons had left in. The vehicle was stopped on East Main Road and the driver, Beaujean, was charged. No charges were pressed for the incident in the bar. Beaujean was issued an appearance ticket to appear in the Village of Brocton Court at a later date.

Cattaraugus County Sheriff’s Office

DAYTON – Timothy Robert Will, 26, of Dayton was charged March 8 with fourth-degree criminal mischief and second-degree harassment after a domestic incident on Railroad Avenue. He was arraigned in the Dayton Town Court and released to appear back in court at a later date.

Fredonia Police Department

Zachary D. Ellis, 29, of Wisteria Drive was charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation and possession of alcohol in a motor vehicle on March 4.

Nicholas Pelsey of Chestnut Street was charged with a warrant for violation of parole on March 7.

Brett D. Mueller, 24, of Ashville was charged with disorderly conduct on March 8.

Kevin L. Mitchell, 23, of Temple Street was charged with disorderly conduct on March 8.

Quentin Lawton, 18, of Eagle Street was charged with second-degree harassment on March 8.

Tyler Snavely, 22, of Temple Street was charged with unlawful possession of marijuana on March 9.

Emmanuel Guzman, 19, of Chautauqua Hall, SUNY Fredonia was charged with unlawful possession of alcohol on March 9.

Michael Holt, 23, of Lambert Avenue was charged with violating the sewer ordinance on March 9.

John Jackson, 19, of Great Valley was charged with third-degree assault and second-degree harassment on March 10.

Justin Lamoreaux, 22, of Rochester was charged with disorderly conduct on March 9.

Danielle Crary, 21, of West Main Street was charged with violating the sewer ordinance on March 9.

Conor Drmacich, 21, of North Tonawanda was charged with having an open container on March 9.
