Nikael Velez-Rivera, 19, of Franklin Avenue was charged with unauthorized use of a vehicle on March 8.
Yaneshia L. Ortiz, 19, of Lord Street was charged with petit larceny on March 8.
Miguel A. Vega, 23, of Ruggles Street was charged with second-degree aggravated unlicensed operation and not wearing a seat belt on March 9.
Nelson X. Irizarry of Deer Street was charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation on March 10.
Rebecca A. Ruiz, 24, of Franklin Avenue was charged with second-degree harassment on March 11.
Alexis M. Diaz, 34, of Franklin Avenue was charged with second-degree menacing and third-degree assault on March 14 on previous charges.
Frankie Figueroa Delvalle, 23, of Maple Avenue was charged with failure to signal and unlicensed operation on March 14.
Chautauqua County Court
MAYVILLE – District Attorney David W. Foley announced the following pleas and sentences in Chautauqua County Court:
Bobby R. Mount, 30, of Jamestown, was sentenced to 2 1/2 years determinate in state prison plus 3 years post-release supervision for second-degree attempted burglary and time served for second-degree obstructing governmental administration.
Jensen L. Vazquez, 26, of Jamestown, was sentenced to 1 1/2 years determinate in state prison and 2 years post-release supervision for third-degree attempted criminal possession of a controlled substance.
Mathew Lanphere, 19, of Ripley, was sentenced to 5 years probation for third-degree burglary.
Chautauqua County Sheriff’s Office
ELLINGTON – Adam J. Dimpfl, 20, of East Randolph was charged with second-degree burglary and petit larceny on March 14. Deputies charged Dimpfl following an investigation into an incident that occurred on March 7 at a residence on Waterboro Hill Road in the town of Ellington. It is alleged that Dimpfl entered a residence while the occupants were away and stole property. He was arraigned in the Town of Ellington Court and sent to the Chautauqua County Jail in lieu of bail.
JAMESTOWN – Elizabeth A. Sorvelli, 39, of Russell, Pa. was charged with driving while intoxicated, having a blood alcohol content of .08 or more and speeding on March 15. Shortly after 4 a.m. deputies stopped Sorvelli’s vehicle for speeding. Following investigation, she was found to be intoxicated. She was released on an appearance ticket for Jamestown City Court at a later date.
MINA – John Rossiter, 75, of Chesterland, Ohio was charged with failure to yield the right of way at a stop sign on March 15. Deputies responded to a motor vehicle accident on Route 426 at I-86 at 2:41 p.m. According to police, Rossiter pulled out in front of a northbound vehicle causing a collision. Two occupants in the other vehicle were taken to Hamot/UPMC for treatment of non-life threatening injuries. Findley Lake Volunteer Fire Department also assisted with this call.
