Brocton man among five arrested following drug investigation in Jamestown

JAMESTOWN – Five males, including a Brocton resident, were taken into custody following a search warrant at a Jamestown residence Monday afternoon.
According to Jamestown Police, shortly after 1 p.m. officers and the police SWAT team executed a search warrant at 442 Buffalo St. where the five men were located. Investigators seized a large quantity of heroin crack cocaine, U.S. currency and various drug paraphernalia. The approximate street value of the drugs was $10,000.
The following were charged Mark R. Dzielski, 27, of Brocton; Russell W. Bales, 22, of Jamestown; Joseph E. McNamara, 28, of Jamestown; Ryan D. Baker, 20, of Jamestown; and Christopher J. McMillen, 21, of Youngsville, Pa.
All males were charged with two counts of third-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, criminal possession a hypodermic instrument and criminal possession of drug paraphernalia. Bales was charged additionally with criminal nuisance.
All will be expected to be arraigned in Jamestown City Court Tuesday morning. The search warrant was the culmination of a lengthy investigation.
