Fourth Buffalo man charged in Dunkirk drug investigation
Another Buffalo man has been charged following an investigation of illegal drug sales in the city of Dunkirk.
On Monday, David Hall, 33, was located and arrested in the city of Buffalo by the New York State Police on a secret Grand Jury indictment warrant that had been issued in Chautauqua County.
The warrant was signed by Judge John T. Ward after the Chautauqua County District Attorney’s office presented the case that had been brought by the Southern Tier Regional Drug Task Force.
It is alleged that Hall sold crack cocaine in Dunkirk to undercover agents over a two-month period.
Hall is the fourth Buffalo man charged with selling drugs in Dunkirk this month.
He has been charged with multiple counts of third-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance and third-degree criminal sale of a controlled substance.
