James P. Tilley III, 37, of Dunkirk was charged with petit larceny March 20.

Tyler Stakelum, 24, of Kennedy was charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation on March 20.

Joseph Ryan Marsh, 28, of Clinton Avenue was charged with making graffiti and possession of a graffiti instrument on March 21.

Rose M. O’Connell, 19, of Center Street was charged with unlawful possession of alcohol March 22.

Mariah Maldonado, 22, of Dunkirk was charged with unlicensed operation, operating a motor vehicle while using a cell phone and failure to keep right on March 26.

John M. Wells, 30, of Westfield was charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation on March 26.

Danielle N. Braun, 26, of West Main Street was charged with second-degree aggravated harassment on March 27 with a court summons.

DWI arrest in Falconer

FALCONER – On Saturday, state police from Jamestown charged Carrie Mozdy, 53, of Erie, Pa., with driving while intoxicated.

She was pulled over on Route 394 for a reported traffic violation. She reportedly failed several field sobriety tests. Mozdy was transported to the state police barracks in Jamestown where she provided a blood sample that was reported to be .14 percent.

Mozdy was processed, issued tickets reported to the Town of Ellicott Court and released to a sober individual.

Westfield Police

A 16-year-old youth was charged with second-degree harassment Tuesday. At 7:30 p.m. Westfield Police responded to a domestic on Oak Street in the village.

Officers were advised that the teen male had attacked his sister by allegedly punching her in the ribs and face multiple times.

The youth was released on an appearance ticket for the Village of Westfield Court.

Illegal possession

of Burmese python

PERRY – On Wednes-day, Environmental Conser-vation Police charged a village resident for the illegal possession of a Burmese Python under Section 11-0512 of the New York State Environmental Conservation Law. State police in Warsaw as well as the village of Perry police assisted in the investigation

Darrell Alan Boyd, 39, of 65 South Main Street, Apt. A, was issued an appearance ticket for the Village of Perry Court.

The snake was safely removed from Boyd’s residence and secured by the NYSDEC Bureau of Wildlife, Buffalo, pending disposition of the case.
