Herbert F. Brown III, 38, of Columbus Avenue was charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation on March 21.

Christy M. Smathers, 32, of Silver Creek was charged with two counts of third-degree criminal sale of a controlled substance on March 22 on previous charges.

Gina E. Maycock, 26, of South Roberts Road was charged with trespassing on March 22.

Reynado Navarro, 42, of King Street was charged with disorderly conduct on March 24.

Andres Ramos-Valentin, 29, of Swan Street was charged with two counts of second-degree harassment on March 27.

Tyrone B. Hoosier, 28, of Robin Street was charged with petit larceny on March 27.

Jorge M. Negron-Velasquez, 29, of West Second Street was charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation, having no registration and no insurance on March 27.

Pablo P. Gomez, 35, of King Street was charged with failure to signal within 100 feet, unlicensed operation and no insurance on March 27.

Jose J. Ruiz, 29, of North Jerboa Street was charged with second-degree aggravated unlicensed operation, no registration, having switched plates and no insurance on March 28.

Alissa N. Smith, 22, of Fredonia was charged with unlicensed operation and insufficient tail lamps on March 29.

Gina E. Maycock, 26, of South Roberts Road was charged with prostitution and petit larceny on March 29 on a warrant.

Chautauqua County Sheriff’s Office

POMFRET – Two residents were charged following a physical altercation Friday morning. At 2:25 a.m. deputies responded to a residence on Route 5 in the town of Pomfret. Investigation led to Marisol Mendez, 39, and Devin J. Smith, 21, both of Route 5 being charged with second-degree harassment and endangering the welfare of a child.

Both men were released on appearance tickets.

HANOVER – Brian E. Boedo, 28, of Silver Creek was charged with driving while intoxicated, driving with a blood alcohol content of .08 or greater and speeding on Friday. At 2:35 a.m. deputies stopped a vehicle on Dennison Road in the town of Hanover for speeding.

Upon investigation, Boedo, the driver, was found to be intoxicated. He was released on appearance tickets for the Town of Hanover Court.
