Dunkirk church to hold Healing Mass

A Healing Mass in honor of St. Peregrine, the patron saint of cancer, will take place on Friday, April 19 at 7 p.m. at Blessed Mary Angela Parish at the St. Hyacinth Worship Site, 295 Lake Shore Drive East, Dunkirk. Fr. David A. Bellittiere and the Friends of St. Peregrine cordially invite those who are afflicted with cancer or need special healing, who wish to receive the Anointing of the Sick to attend this special healing Mass. Trinity Episcopal Church to hold Rummage Sale

Trinity Episcopal Church will hold a Rummage Sale on Friday, April 12 from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m and Saturday, April 13 from 9 a.m. to noon. The church is located at 11 Day St. in Fredonia. Shoppers are asked to use the Garland Hall entrance.

Trinity United Church of Christ to host free community meal

GOWANDA – Trinity United Church of Christ in Gowanda will host a free community meal every fourth Saturday of the month from 4 to 6 p.m. For April 27, the menu will be ham, scalloped potatoes, green beans and applesauce, along with dessert and a beverage. April’s dinner event will also feature a storyteller. Everyone in the community is welcome to attend for a hot meal and companionship. Bring a friend or two and stay for a second cup of coffee. The church is handicap accessible from Erie Avenue.

LILY DALE – The Church of the Living Spirit will feature guest speaker Emmy Chetkin at its Sunday service at 10:30 a.m. in the Assembly Hall on Cleveland Avenue.
