POLAND – Charges are pending against Rodney E. Milliner, 67, of Hornell, after a single-vehicle accident on Interstate-86 Thursday. Deputies responded to an accident near the Kennedy exit of Interstate-86 around 8:20 a.m. Investigation found Milliner’s vehicle veered to the north side of the road for an unknown reason, striking a guide rail and coming to rest in a ditch. Milliner was transported to WCA Hospital for apparent non-life threatening injuries by Kennedy Rescue. Charges are pending.

Shawn E. Hurley, 29, of Gowanda, was arraigned on aggravated unlicensed operation. His case was adjourned to May 1.
Jeffrey T. Jamison Jr., 26, of Irving, was arraigned on driving while intoxicated. He will return May 1.
Reginald A. Kohler II, 24, of Monroe Street, Silver Creek, pleaded guilty to dog at large and was fined $50.
J. Morales-Marrero, 25, of Dunkirk, was arraigned on aggravated unlicensed operation and was adjourned to May 1.
Craig J. Newman, 23, of Randolph, pleaded guilty to disorderly conduct and was fined $50 and $125 surcharge.
Deborah A. Steiner, 54, of Babcock Avenue, Silver Creek, pleaded guilty to two counts of unlicensed dogs and was fined $50.
An 18-year-old Silver Creek boy was arraigned on possession of marijuana and was adjourned to May.
Woman charged with petit larceny
MAYVILLE – Elizabeth Asher, 29, of Mayville was charged with petit larceny. She was reportedly caught shoplifting Thursday at approximately 11:30 a.m..
Employees in the Dollar General on West Lake Road reported Asher took merchandise valued at $12.63 without paying. She was also found to possess a suspended driver’s license.
Asher was taken to state police headquarters in Jamestown, processed and released to appear in Chautauqua Town Court with tickets.
