Sean P. Duggan, 18, of Grissom Hall, SUNY Fredonia was charged with having an open container and unlawful possession of alcohol under 21 on April 6.

A 16-year-old male of Kenmore was charged with having an open container and unlawful possession of alcohol on April 6.

Emanuel Ardelean, 22, of Rochester was charged with speeding, failure to keep right, driving while intoxicated, failure to take a breath test and obstruction of governmental administration on April 6.

Ian T. Jackson, 19, of Chautauqua Hall, SUNY Fredonia was charged with littering and unlawful possession of marijuana on April 7.

Clifford F. Ball III, 21, of Central Avenue was charged with having an open container, violating the sewer ordinance and littering April 7.

Christopher J. Schneider, 24, was charged with first-degree criminal contempt and second-degree aggravated harassment April 7.

Melissa K. Nichols, 20, was charged with endangering the welfare of a child on April 7 with a warrant.

Luis E. Rivera, 39, of Dunkirk was charged with failure to keep right, driving on shoulder, driving while intoxicated and leaving the scene of a property damage accident on April 8.

David B. Anzalone, 29, of Dunkirk was charged with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance on April 9.

Justin C. Matteson,, 23, of Wisteria Drive was charged with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance on April 9.

Thomas C. Michalski, 63, of Clinton Avenue was charged with failure to keep right and driving while intoxicated on April 10.

Charles M. Kneel, 51, of East Main Road was charged with harassment on April 11.

Joseph W. Hollering, 22, of Temple Street was charged with violating the sewer ordinance on April 13.

Luis Alvarado-Ortiz, 29, of Dunkirk was charged with petit larceny on April 13.

Robert E. Zealot, 20, of Eden was charged with having an open container and unlawful possession of alcohol on April 14.

Alex M. Ippolito, 20, of West Main Street was charged with disorderly conduct on April 14.

Analyses M. Hocking, 21, was charged with disorderly conduct on April 14.

ELLERY – A two-car accident led to charges and an injury Monday. Deputies were called to an accident on Route 380 near the Sinclair Drive Extension. It is alleged Jeremy Ranney, 34, of Stockton, was turning left onto Sinclair Drive Extension when Holly Roman, 40, of Brocton, attempted to pass him. Ranney was charged with use of a cell phone and uninspected motor vehicle. Roman was charged with passing in a no passing zone. Roman was also transported to WCA Hospital by Sin-clairville Ambulance for in-juries as a result of the accident. Both were issued tickets.

JAMESTOWN – Joshua Crist, 32, of Jamestown, was charged April 9 with petit larceny after he allegedly used the public benefit card of another individual on Oct. 11, 2011 and received $89.93 he was not entitled to. Crist is scheduled to appear in Jamestown Court.
