Anthony B. West, 36, of Maple Avenue was charged with disorderly conduct on April 7.

Dianne M. Burgess, 41, of Swan Street was charged with disorderly conduct on April 7.

Brenda L. Flores, 22, of Lincoln Avenue was charged with disorderly conduct on April 8.

Bradley S. Halftown, 30, of Brant was charged with disorderly conduct on a previous charge and seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance on April 9.

Michael A. Carreras, 28, of Irving was charged with displaying a forged inspection sticker and fifth-degree criminal possession of stolen property on April 9.

Carlos M. Alvarado, 38, of Jamestown was charged with second-degree menacing and resisting arrest on April 13.

A 16-year-old female of Middle Road was charged with second-degree harassment on April 15 on a previous charge.

Christopher M. Harding, 29, of Sinclairville was charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation, unlicensed operation and having improper plates on April 15.

Jessica Goodwin of West Fourth Street was charged with aggravated unlicensed operation, having no headlights and no insurance on April 15 on a bench warrant.

Julio Angel Arizmend Jr., 23, of North Beagle Street was charged with resisting arrest on April 15.

Dawn F. Stein of East Lake Road was charged with exposure of person on April 15.

Michael T. Gibson, 34, of Buffalo was charged with fourth-degree criminal sale of a controlled substance on April 16 on a previous charge.

A 16-year-old female of South Roberts Road was charged with disorderly conduct and resisting arrest on April 17.

Concetta N. Lewis, 29, of King Street was charged with three counts of endangering the welfare of a child on April 17.

Brett M. Skubis, 18, of Woodrow Avenue was charged with failure to stop at red light and unlawful possession of marijuana on April 17.

Felicia L. Echevarria, 25, of North Roberts Road was charged with endangering the welfare of a child on April 18.

Alana M. Parsons, 22, of Canary Street was charged with petit larceny on April 18.

Gowanda Police Department

Ashley N. Ramirez, 25, of Dayton was charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation and not wearing a seatbelt on April 9. Police stopped Ramirez on Buffalo Street at 3:25 p.m. for not wearing a seatbelt. It was found her license was suspended for failure to appear. She was released on an appearance ticket for the Town of Collins Court.

Christopher J. Stone, 23, of Chaffee was charged with petit larceny on April 10. Police responded to a local business on Buffalo Street at 8:30 p.m. Stone allegedly tried to leave without paying for a case of beer. Stone produced a receipt for a purchase from earlier in the day when police asked for proof of purchase. He was released on an appearance ticket in the Town of Collins Court. Erie County Sheriff’s Department assisted with this arrest.

John P. Smigiel, 31, of Miller Street was charged with having an unregistered vehicle, expired inspection and aggravated unlicensed operation on April 12. Police observed Smigiel towing a trailer with an expired registration on Erie Avenue at 12:33 p.m. Smigiel’s license was also found to be expired for failure to pay a fine. He was released on an appearance ticket for the Town of Collins Court.

Dakota T. Mack, 26, of Perrysburg was charged with not wearing a seatbelt and unlawful possession of marijuana on April 15. Police stopped Mack on Buffalo Street at 10:33 a.m. for not wearing a seatbelt. He was also found to be in possession of a small amount of marijuana. He was released on an appearance ticket for Town of Collins Court.
