Dunkirk High Pool announces new class: Deep Water Aquasize

The Dunkirk High School Pool will be offering a new class called Deep Water Aquasize. The class will be offered on Tuesday and Thursday evenings, running through June 18, from 7 to 8 p.m.

The class will be taught by Julie Sek and take place in the diving area of the pool with lap swimmers using the main pool area.

The cost for this program will be $4 per class or $50 for the entire session.

This is a low- to no-impact workout to strengthen and tone participants to their cores. It uses the resistance and buoyancy of the water to allow people to experience exercise without the impact of the ground.
