Emerson Drive to headline wine festival

OBSERVER Staff Report

FORESTVILLE – The sixth annual America’s Grape Country Wine Festival has officially spread its wings once again as everything has been checked off of the to-do lists. The final check mark? The Saturday night concert.

National recording artists and country group Emerson Drive will be on America’s Grape Country Wine Festival’s stage on Aug. 10. Opening for them will be Dunkirk’s own Sean Patrick McGraw.

“We’re really looking forward to this year’s festival. There have been a lot of changes, for the better of course, that we can’t wait for everyone to experience,” said AGC’s marketing director, Michael Ferguson. “Emerson Drive is just the icing on top!”

Emerson Drive is a Canadian country music band. Some of their biggest hits include “Moments,” “I Should Be Sleeping” and “Fall Into Me.”

The band has received plenty of acclaim. In 2002, the band won Billboard Magazine’s Top New Artist and Radio and Records Top New Artist.
