Scott T. Purol, 20, of University Park was charged with violating the sewer ordinance on May 3.

Brett Seekings, 17, of Brainard Road was charged with unlawful possession of alcohol on May 3.

Kevin D. Ehmann, 19, of Chautauqua Hall, SUNY Fredonia was charged with unlawful possession of alcohol and having an open container on May 3.

Eric J. Burton, 19, was charged with unlawful possession of alcohol, littering and having an open container on May 4.

Garrett J. Bowen, 20, of Ripley was charged with unlawful possession of marijuana on May 4.

Joseph R. Higgins, 17, of Kenmore was charged with unlawful possession of alcohol, having an open container and unlawful possession of marijuana on May 4.

PORTLAND – Alex M. Simpson, 21, of Brocton was charged with fifth-degree criminal possession of marijuana on Friday. At 6:10 p.m. sheriff deputies were called to Furr Road in the town of Portland for a physical altercation. Once on the scene, deputies searched for subjects and were given a vehicle description. Deputies, along with the sheriff’s K9, located the vehicle at Thayer Hill Overlook Park and found Simpson as an individual involved in the altercation. He was found to be in possession of a small quantity of marijuana. He was released on an appearance ticket for the Town of Portland Court.

Jamestown woman charged with marijuana possession

ASHVILLE – On Wednesday, Kassandra Prunty, 25, of Jamestown was charged with unlawful possession of marijuana.

A trooper from the Jamestown barracks reported to the Ashville General Store for a report of an individual smoking marijuana in the parking lot. Reportedly Prunty possessed about two grams of marijuana.

She was issued an appearance ticket for the Town of North Harmony and will answer the charge later this month.
