Ellington Community Church to host gospel concert

ELLINGTON – On May 19 at 2 p.m., Ellington Community Church will host “Mountain Railroad Band” with Maurice Brown, Bill Frost, Pete Peterson and Frank Jesmer. Memorial Day weekend yard sale set

Dewittville-Hartfield United Methodist Church, Route 430 and Meadows Road in Dewittville, is holding its annual Memorial Day weekend indoor yard sale and bake sale. Dates are Friday, May 24, 9 a.m. to 3 p.m., and Saturday, May 25, 9 a.m. to noon. Lots of miscellaneous items are for sale.

Church to hold ‘Magic Mission’ yard sale

LANGFORD – Epiphany of Our Lord Parish will hold a community yard sale event in their hall from Friday, May 17 to Sunday, May 19. Friday and Saturday, the sale will be open from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. On Sunday, the sale will be open from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. The event will include a plant sale, a variety of yard sale items, a country store and bake sale, a 50/50 raffle, a book sale and a Chinese auction. Sunday service to focus on compassion

The Unitarian Universalist Congregation of Northern Chautauqua announces services for Sunday. The Rev. Theresa Kime will speak on the month’s theme of compassion. All are invited to attend this service.

During the service, nursery care will be available for children under the age of 5. Grades K-4 will meet with their teachers for Religious Exploration.
