KIANTONE – On Sunday, Crystal R. Borst, 23 of Warren, Pa., was charged with driving while intoxicated, blood alcohol content of .08 percent or greater, and speeding.
At about 3:35 a.m., sheriff’s patrol stopped Borst on Route 62 for reportedly speeding. Officers report that she was intoxicated. She was processed and released.
She is scheduled to appear in Kiantone Court.
HANOVER – An 18-year-old female from Silver Creek was charged with unlawful possession of alcohol on Saturday. At 1:15 a.m. deputies observed the female with alcohol at the town of Hanover beach on South Shore Drive. She was released on an appearance ticket.
HANOVER – A 17-year-old female was charged with violating the curfew on Saturday. At 1:15 a.m. deputies saw the female loitering on the town of Hanover beach on South Shore Drive. She was issued an appearance ticket.

RANDOLPH – Zachary D. Ellis, 29, of Fredonia was charged with driving while intoxicated with a blood alcohol content of .08 or more, first-degree aggravated unlicensed operation, stopping or standing on a highway and failure to maintain lane Wednesday. At 11:28 p.m., officers stopped Ellis’ vehicle on Cemetery Street in the village of Randolph on a traffic stop. He was released on appearance tickets for the Town of Randolph Court at a later date.
SOUTH DAYTON – On Friday, Jeffery S. Caparco, 29, of 6016 Route 62, Conewango Valley was charged with reckless endangerment of property, fourth-degree criminal mischief, leaving the scene of a property damage accident, unsafe start, reckless driving, failure to keep right, and uninspected motor vehicle. The charges came from an investigation into a hit-and-run accident May 12 on Pine Street.
Caparco was issued appearance tickets for the Village of South Dayton Court.
LEON – On Friday, Cattaraugus Sheriff’s deputies charged Michelle, l. Rogers, 33, of Cattaraugus with second-degree harassment after she allegedly pushed another family member to the ground.
She is scheduled to appear in the Town of Leon Court on June 3 to answer the charges.
