Chamber hosts County Executive’s Breakfast June 7
Join your friends from the Chamber of Commerce in a final County Executive’s Breakfast with Greg Edwards on June 7. Since he is not seeking re-election to the office, this will be Edwards’ final County Executive Breakfast with the Chamber. Each year, the Chamber provides an opportunity for the executive the make a brief presentation and exchange questions and share concerns with the business community.
This event will be held Friday, June 7 at the Chautauqua Golf Club. Registration begins at 8 a.m., with breakfast starting at 8:30 a.m.

‘First Fridays’ begin in Westfield
The Westfield Community Chamber of Commerce is launching First Fridays, beginning in June. This weekly event will run June through October on the first Friday of each month as Main Street in Westfield comes alive from 5 to 8 p.m. Local businesses will be featuring music by local artists, local wineries, specialty foods and open mic nights.
Attic and Seller Days now from Dunkirk to Westfield
A number of Community Chambers of Commerce will be holding community-wide yard sales from June 7 to 9. The Fredonia, Dunkirk, and Westfield-Barcelona Community Chambers all have “Attic and Seller Days” scheduled for the same weekend, creating what is literally a 20-mile long series of sales. You can get your sale listed on the map by contacting one of the community chambers by June 5. It is just $5 to be listed on the map. Great Lakes Experience Festival – June 15
The Chautauqua County Chamber of Commerce is proud to help sponsor the Great Lakes Experience Festival, Saturday, June 15 at Memorial Park in Dunkirk. This festival will focus on the environment and ecology of the Great Lakes and the heritage of our region. It will be held from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. There will be music, family entertainment, environmental exhibitors, food vendors and a lot of information about the habitat, science, recreation and tourism opportunities on the Great Lakes. Additional sponsors are the city of Dunkirk, Chautauqua County Industrial Development Agency, the Northern Chautauqua Community Foundation, SUNY Fredonia, Star Media Group and the Paper Factory.
Experience Chautauqua aboard the Summer Wind
The Chautauqua County Chamber of Commerce is proud to partner with Summer Wind Cruises to present its next Experience Chautauqua Networking event, in a special extended evening cruise on Chautauqua Lake. The cruise is set for 5 to 8 p.m. Thursday, June 20. Registration begins at 4:30 p.m. at the ships dock adjacent to Lucille Ball Memorial Park in Celoron, and the ship will sail at 5 p.m. All attendees should plan to remain for the entire three-hour cruise as the Summer Wind will not return to dock prior to 8 p.m.
This delightful evening is sponsored for Chamber members by Affinity One Federal Credit Union, Blackstone Ney Ultrasonics, Jamestown Jammers Baseball, KeyBank and Univera Healthcare Southern Tier.
