Makayla Brisley and Elizabeth Grover led Brocton’s offense with an RBI apiece. Mackenzie Cunningham was the team’s defensive standout.

Lake Shore Savings’ offensive charge was led by Emily and Jamaladie Pacheco, each adding two hits. Mary Dunn was the defensive MVP for the Lady Bankers.

The Women Who Golf For Fun results – Shooting low Pat Daniel, tied for second were Pat Kaus and Bobbi Deering. Third place was held by Sue Dietzen. Golfer of the week was Linda Hodorowicz. The women will meet again next Wednesday teeing off at 10 a.m. Women golfers, wishing to join them should meet at that time.

Wednesday Morning Ladies Purple Posse League – The Purple Posse League game was any which way you can. First place tie went to Viki Clark and Linda DeJoe. Second place Barb VanDette. The greenback prize went to Paulette Barreca.

The League is schedule to play Wednesday, June 12, meeting at 9:30 a.m., teeing off at 10 a.m. All skill levels are welcome, join any time.

The game of the week will be leave some clubs behind.

Booster Club Awards Night

The Fredonia Central School All Sports Boosters Club will hold its annual awards night tonight in the High School auditorium.

Awards will be presented to recognize jayvee and varsity athletes for their performances during fall, winter and spring sports. Scholarships will be awarded as well, as all jayvee and varsity student athletes, and their parents, are encouraged to attend.

Joy Golf Tournament

Moved to Gowanda CC

The Russell J. Joy Memorial Golf Tournament to benefit TLC Health Network has switched locations and will be played at Gowanda Country Club, 2623 Brown Street, Collins on Wednesday, August 28. Registration is set for 11 a.m. and tee-off is set for noon.
