Westfield native earns master’s degree

Kevin D. Bremer of Gardners, Pa., has graduated from The Fletcher School of Law and Diplomacy, Tufts University, Boston, Mass., with a master of arts degree in international relations.

Bremer, a 22-year Army veteran, is currently an Army civilian employee and is the chief, International Student Management Office at the U.S. Army War College in Carlisle, Pa. He has served in this capacity for the past 12 years.

Bremer is married to the former Rebecca Bova of Westfield and currently is the executive assistant to the dean, School of Strategic Landpower, U.S. Army War College. They have two children: Laura, an Army ROTC cadet, who will be a senior this fall at Marywood University in Scranton, Pa.; and Conor, who will be an 11th-grader at Carlisle Area High School in the fall. Bremer is the son of Rick and Laura Manzella of Portland and William and Rita Bremer of Fort Pierce, Fla.
