Exceptional Senior All-Star baseball game rescheduled for tonight
The Chautauqua County Exceptional Seniors Baseball All-Star Game, originally scheduled to be played Tuesday at 7 p.m., at Russel E. Diethrick Park, in Jamestown, was postponed until today. The game will be played at the same time and place, with gates opening at 6 p.m.
Zach Buckley, Matt Coyle, Jude Gardner, Nick Hart, Sebastian McAfee, Chris Saden and Trent Thompson will represent New York State Public High School Athletic Association Class B champion Fredonia while Joshua Kilburn, Spencer Sticek, Tyler Swanson and Lucas Trombley will represent NYSPHSAA Class D semifinalist Pine Valley.
Kevin Burns and Andrew Messina will represent the Dunkirk Marauders while the North roster will also include Dan Ferguson, Scot Laurie and Jordan Patterson of Brocton, Cassadaga Valley’s Tim Bender, Ripley’s Trevor Enterline and Eric Horstman, as well as Sliver Creek’s Zach Klisiewicz, Stephen Marcey and Anthony Morales. Westfield’s Jon Coe, Dan Tofil and Cameron Wright round out the North squad, which will be coached by the Hillbillies’ head coach, Vince Gullo.
Suiting up for the South team will be Jordan Briggs (CLCS), Brandon Fish (Falconer), Dan Williamson (Falconer), Brett Johnson (Frewsburg), Boe Brooks (Jamestown), Kyle Emerson (Jamestown), Alex Guzman (Jamestown), Bram Johnson (Jamestown), Nick Tobias (Jamestown), Adam Westley (Jamestown), Joshua Ahlstrom (Maple Grove), Aaron Germain (Maple Grove), Will Lucas (Maple Grove), Jacob Swan (Maple Grove), Jeff Tampe (Maple Grove), Alec Blose (Panama), Kelvin Eddy (Panama), Sawyer Eggleston (Panama), Kyle McIntyre (Panama), Tanner Propheter (Panama), Travis Henry (Sherman), Nicholas Baglia (Southwestern), Matthew Martin (Southwestern), Jake Pilling (Southwestern), Kyle Radack (Southwestern) and Peter Trathen (Southwestern). Frewsburg head coach Jay Grann will manage the South team.
