Women Who Golf For Fun – Pat Kaus was low golfer. There was a four-way tie for second between Linda Hodorowicz, Pat Daniel, Theresa Leone and Bobbi Deering. Third place was held by Sandi Gloss and Joyce Cullen. Kathy Kolo was Golfer of the Week. The women will play again next week teeing off at 10 a.m. Please note a date change. The following week, the women will golf on Tuesday, July 2 instead of Wednesday, July 3. Tee off will be the same time. Women mark your calendars. Pinehurst ParTee Girls – The low gross of 52 was shot by Sue Wagner, Patty Petrella, Amy North, Lynn LaMattina and Sherry Elchynski (sub). Wagner and Petrella also had the low net of 31. Margie Coran, June Beers, Lillian Saunders and Elchynski (sub) followed with 36.
June Beers had the longest drive on No. 6, and closest to the pin on No. 4 was Pat Thompson.

Wednesday Morning Ladies Purple Posse League – The Purple Posse League game was just the putts. First place: Jeanne Pagano. Second place: Barb VanDette. Third place: Grace Miller. The greenback prize went to Viki Clark and Marie Aniszewski.
The League is schedule to play Wednesday, June 26, meeting at 9:30 a.m., teeing off at 10 a.m. All skill levels are welcome, join any time. The game of the week will be its just has to be two.
Bodell Overcash Anderson vs. Greater Woodlawn FCU
Offensive standouts for Greater Woodlawn were Colin Crowell, Evelyn Cuthbert and Tyler Kuzdale. The defensive plays of the game were made by Jeff Sayers, Emily Schwertfeger and Nathan Sercu.
Big bats for Bodell were Max Sturniolo, Ian Storey and Felix Manzella. The stingy defensive players of the game were Elli Vandette, Simon Price and Kyle Smith.
Dunkirk Boilers 13, Niagara Thunderwolves 5
The Boilers shook off a slow start to remain undefeated in CEBA league action.
Westfield’s Austin Alonge (Mercyhurst NE) capped a great day with a solo blast. On the day Alonge finished 4 for 5.
Dunkirk’s Vin Bomasuto and Bo Westling continued their hot hitting by contributing two key hits apiece. Trent Thompson (Fredonia) and Drew Messina (Dunkirk) also contributed to the hit attack to put the game out of reach.
On the mound, Evan Carmello (SUNY Fredonia), Kyle Grey (SUNY Fredonia), Lyle Howard (JCC) and Jake Harford (JCC) limited the Thunderwolves to nine hits and struck out eight.
Nathan George 9, Lake Shore Savings 0
For Nathan George, Madison Marsh, Dasia Dragget, Erin Schrantz and Kyleigh Waterman led the way on offense with multiple hits. Hallie Laurito and Sydney Anderson played well on defense.
For Lake Shore Savings, the offensive standouts were Christina White and Olivia Carmona. Playing well on defense for the Lady Bankers were Zalisa Rivera and Brooke Szymczak.
