YWCA Westfield Fitness Center

The YWCA Westfield Fitness Center will hold an open house Wednesday, June 26 from 4-6 p.m. This is an opportunity to see the newly installed cardio equipment and meet the sales rep from Advantage Sport and Fitness, the supplier of the new equipment.

In addition, there will be information available on the insurance plans the fitness center accepts, the newly expanded contracts that feature unlimited use and a chance to register for door prizes. No cost, no obligation, free and open to everyone.

Fredonia Girls Basketball Camp

Fredonia Central School will host a girls basketball camp Monday, June 24 to Thursday, June 27 from 9 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.

The cost of the camp is $95 per camper. Those who send five or more students from the same school and send in their applications together can deduct $10. It is open to all girls entering grades 3-12.

Registration will also take place on the first day of the camp between 8:30 and 8:45 a.m.

Each player is expected to arrive between 8:30 and 8:55 a.m. The camp will start promptly at 9 a.m. Athletes are expected to bring their own lunch. There will be cold pop, water and Gatorade for sale at lunch time and at the end of the day. All athletes should have their ride pick them up at 3:30 p.m. All parents are welcome to come to the awards ceremony at 3 p.m. on Thursday.
