Geraldo Santiago, 48, of Maple Avenue, was charged with two counts of having unlicensed dogs on June 18.
Salvador Agosto, 33, of Brigham Road, was charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation and not wearing a seatbelt on June 20.
Rudolph Thomas, 52, of East Courtney Street, was charged with first-degree criminal possession of a forged instrument on June 21.
Rodolfo Laza Jr., 23, of West Fourth Street, was charged with violating a noise ordinance on June 21.
Vanessa Stevens, 23, no current address, was charged with petit larceny on Saturday.
Albert Stephenson, 55, of Antelope Street, was charged with second-degree harassment and fourth-degree criminal mischief on Saturday.
Annette Zapata, 24, of Lincoln Avenue, was charged with second-degree harassment and having an unpaid fine on Sunday.
Jermaine Batten, 35, of Fredonia, was charged with violating a noise ordinance on Sunday.
Gary Gilbert, 31, of Swan Street, was charged with criminal contempt on Sunday.
Scott Couchman, 43, of Adams Road, Fredonia, was charged with driving while intoxicated on Monday.
Jonathan Collazo-Gomez, 23, of Leopard Street, was charged with forcible touching, endangering the welfare of a child and unlawful possession of marijuana on Tuesday.
Jamestown Police Department
Johnny Nunez, 43, of Jamestown was charged with second-degree burglary, larceny, seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance and criminal using drug paraphernalia on Tuesday.
At 1:10 a.m. police responded to a Barrett Avenue address for a burglary in progress call. Neighbors had called to report a man, who was not the resident, carrying items from the garage making several trips. Officers were able to identify Nunez and obtain a search warrant. They found Nunez at his residence along with items from the burglary, drugs and drug paraphernalia. Nunez was sent to the city jail where he is awaiting arraignment.
Chautauqua County Sheriff’s Office
Jordyn P. Plaza, 22, of Dove Street was charged with petit larceny on June 24.
At 9:23 p.m. deputies responded to a call at a Route 5 trailer park in the town of Dunkirk for a male who had stolen a purse. It is alleged Plaza stole the female’s purse without permission and took several items out of the purse. Plaza was located the following day and released on appearance tickets for Dunkirk Town Court.
