SILVER CREEK – Nathan K. Thompson, 18, of Hanover Road was charged with breach of the peace on July 2. At 9:40 p.m. deputies were in the area of Maple Place in the village of Silver Creek when a crowd developed in the road and a verbal altercation ensured. Deputies advised Thompson, a member of the group, to disperse numerous times but he refused. He was released on an appearance ticket.
SILVER CREEK – A 16-year-old female from Silver Creek was charged with violating the village curfew on July 8. At 10:45 p.m. deputies observed the female loitering on the sidewalk on Central Avenue in the village of Silver Creek. She was released on an appearance ticket.
WESTFIELD – James Wright Jr., 38, of Route 394 was charged with petit larceny on July 9. Wright allegedly took an $800 down payment from an individual for contracting work in October but never started the project or did any work. He was issued an appearance ticket.
POLAND – Jordan Bradybaugh, 30, of Kane, Pa., was involved in an incident on Falconer-Frews-burg Road in the town of Poland on July 10. At 12:01 a.m. Bradybaugh allegedly pulled and dragged a person from his vehicle and then caused damage to their cell phone before fleeing the scene. Charges of second-degree harassment and criminal mischief out of the Poland Town Court are pending.
