SINCLAIRVILLE – Keith A. Smith, 49, of Sinclairville was charged with driving while intoxicated with a blood alcohol content of .08 or more, speeding, failure to keep right and crossing hazard markings on July 10. At 10 p.m. deputies stopped Smith’s vehicle for speeding and erratic driving on Park Street in Sinclairville. During this traffic stop, Smith was found to be intoxicated and was released on an appearance ticket for Charlotte Town Court.
NORTH HARMONY – Colton A. Derby, 19, of Lakewood was charged with unlawful possession of marijuana on July 10. At 1:45 a.m., Derby was a passenger in the vehicle stopped by deputies on Open Meadows Road in North Harmony. He was found to be in possession of marijuana and was found to have a bench warrant out of the city of Jamestown. He was released on an appearance ticket for the North Harmony Town Court and turned over to Jamestown Police Department.
MAYVILLE – Heidi L. Williams, 41, of Jamestown was charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation and unlawful possession of marijuana on July 11. At 1:47 a.m. deputies checked the registration of a vehicle that was operating on Valley Street in Mayville. The license plates did not match the current registration and it was found that Williams’ license was suspended. Also during the traffic stop, Williams was found to be in possession of a small quantity of marijuana. Williams was released on appearance tickets for Chautauqua Town Court.
