CHAUTAUQUA – Jordan J. Leeper, 22, of Jamestown, was charged with failure to keep right, failure to maintain lane, moving from lane unsafely, driving while intoxicated with a blood alcohol content of .08 or more on Thursday.
At 2:03 a.m. deputies observed Leeper’s vehicle make several lane violations on Route 394 in the town of Chautauqua. During the traffic stop, Leeper was found to be intoxicated. He was released on an appearance ticket for Chautauqua Town Court.
Vaughn R. Grant, 27, of Jamestown, has been removed from the County’s Most Wanted List. Grant was wanted by the sheriff’s office for criminal sale of drugs and he is currently in custody in the Chateaugay Correctional Facility. Upon his release, he will be sent to Chautauqua County for his outstanding charges.

DAYTON – Justin J. Jones, 46, of Perrysburg was charged with aggravated driving while intoxicated with a blood alcohol content of .18 percent, failure to keep right, moving from lane unsafely and consumption of alcohol in a motor vehicle on July 27.
Jones was stopped on Route 62 in the town of Dayton for failure to maintain lane and moving from lane unsafely. During the traffic stop, Jones was found to be intoxicated and open containers were found inside the vehicle. He was released on an appearance ticket for Dayton Town Court.
