Lake Erie MHP, LLC investment in community through United Way

Supporting the community philanthropically, Lake Erie MHP, LLC made a $1,000 pledge to the United Way of Northern Chautauqua County. The pledge will be honored as four homes are sold in the park. For each home sold, the organization will make a donation of $250 to the United Way of Northern Chautauqua County.

Partner Scott Gladstone said, “We have worked with United Ways in other communities and look forward to working with the United Way of Northern Chautauqua County.”

With a strong focus on community, Lake Erie MHP strives to create strong collaborative community partnerships to foster local improvement, investment, and involvement. Incorporating numerous upgrades for this year, they have carried out extensive site work, including a complete remodel of the entrance barn, removal of uninhabitable homes, pavement repairs, widespread tree work, and installation of a new swing set and a basketball hoop for the children.

United Way Board President James Subjack said, “It is always nice to welcome new business to the area. It is really nice when that business immediately immerses itself into the thread of the community and becomes involved in the community. United Way of Northern Chautauqua County is honored to be the recipient of a $1,000 pledge, all of which will be earmarked to serve the needs of northern Chautauqua County community by Lake Erie MHP and its leadership.”

Lake Erie MHP worked closely with the Chautauqua County Chamber of Commerce on its Grand Opening held on Feb. 12. Members of the Chamber of Commerce, Owl Homes, Lake Erie MHP and the United Way were present for the ribbon-cutting ceremony.
