Edward Daminski

Edward “Eddie” Damin-ski, 68, of Seguin, Texas, and Woodside Campground, Cassadaga, N.Y., went home on Tuesday, August 13, 2013.

He was born in Buffalo, N.Y., to Edward and Thelma (Gross) Daminski.

Eddie was a friend to all and everybody loved Eddie. His best friends were his grandkids who he would always tell, “DO NOT SMOKE.”

He is survived by his wife of 36 years, Sandy (Knapp) Daminski, one daughter Renee Burek of Texas, and three sons Dennis (Danielle) Plaehn of Iowa, Edward Daminski of Virginia and Aaron (Julie) Burek of Texas, eleven grandchildren and two great-grandchildren. Eddie is also survived by two sisters Shirley (Stanley) Poremba of Buffalo and Linda (Richard) Richmond of Dunkirk, NY, a brother Robert (Carol) Daminski of Fredonia, NY, along with several nieces and nephews and cousins.

The legend of Eddie will live on through his kids, grandkids and great-grandkids.

In lieu of flowers, please help promote Eddie’s legacy of teaching children not to smoke.
