Gowanda Police Department

Eric Henhawk, 37, of Beech Street was charged with second-degree harassment on Aug. 3. Henhawk allegedly threatened a female acquaintance and was told by police to stay away from the female. He later returned to the residence and reportedly threatened the female again. He was arraigned in Persia Town Court and released on his own recognizance.

Luca A. Brownlee, 20, of East Main Street was charged with fifth-degree criminal possession of stolen property on Aug. 3. Police received a complaint of the theft of electronics in the village and through investigation found Brownlee was allegedly involved in this larceny and was found in possession of the stolen items. He was arraigned in Collins Town Court and sent to the Erie County Holding Center in lieu of $1,000 bail.

Houston W. Williams, 30, of Perrysburg was charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation and not wearing a seatbelt on Aug. 8. Police stopped Williams on Aldrich Street for driving without a seatbelt in which a DMV computer check revealed Williams had a suspended license. Houston was arraigned in Persia Town Court and released on his own recognizance.

Sara L. Seeley, 24, of Fredrick Street was charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation and failure to use turn signal on Aug. 9. Police stopped Seeley for failure to use a turn signal on Commercial Street. A DMV computer check revealed Seeley’s license was suspended. She was arraigned in Persia Town Court and released on her own recognizance.

Brittany E. Mullen, 23, of Jamestown Street was charged with petit larceny on Aug. 12. Police reported the theft of money from a village business in which a business video camera revealed Mullen had taken the money. She was released on an appearance ticket for Collins Town Court.

Nathan D. Crassi, 18, of Erie Avenue was charged with unauthorized use of a motor vehicle on Aug. 12. Crassi was previously stopped for operating an elderly female’s vehicle which he claimed he had permission to use. The elderly female later told police she did not give Crassi permission to use her vehicle. He was released on an appearance ticket for Persia Town Court.

Daniel Bley, 27, of Buffalo was charged with unlawful possession of marijuana on Aug. 12. Police stopped Bley’s vehicle on Buffalo Street for operating without headlights. During the stop, Bley was found to be in alleged possession of marijuana and have an active warrant out of the village of Kenmore. He was arraigned in Collins Town Court and turned over to the Kenmore Police Department.

Ashley R. Isaac, 22, of Lawtons was charged with operating with a suspended registration on Aug. 14. During patrol, the license plate reader alerted to Isaac’s vehicle for a suspended registration. Isaac was released on an appearance ticket for Collins Town Court.

GOWANDA – Joseph Reynolds, 34, of Collins, was charged with unlawful possession of marijuana on Aug. 13. Troopers pulled Reynolds over on Allen Street for not having a license plate on the trailer he was towing. Reynolds allegedly smelled of marijuana and was found to be in possession of a small amount and a pipe with marijuana in it. He will appear in Collins Town Court at a later date.
