Free fly tying classes offered to public

S.A.R.E.P. Youth Fly Fishing Program will open its 15th season beginning on Oct. 7 at 7 p.m. at the Fredonia Middle School cafeteria. The fly tying/fly fishing classes are held every Monday from 7 to 8:30 p.m.

Field trips are scheduled periodically throughout the fall and spring. Classes are canceled during days when the school is closed.

The program is open to children and community members and is provided at no cost. The group provides everything needed. Children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult.
