CHARLOTTE – Crys-tal Kinsey, 31, of Sinclairville was charged with second-degree aggravated unlicensed operation and false personation on Saturday. Around 8:43 a.m., deputies stopped Kinsey for a traffic violation on Route 60. Deputies allege Kinsey initially gave a different name, which was determined to be false. Kinsey was seemingly trying to hide that her license had been revoked due to a prior driving while intoxicated conviction. She was issued several traffic tickets and an appearance ticket for the false personation charge. She is to appear in Charlotte Town Court.
PORTLAND – Thomas Schrader, 28, of Webster Road, Brocton, was charged with unlawful possession of marijuana and speed in zone on Sunday. Around 11:12 a.m., deputies stopped a vehicle on Lake Avenue for allegedly speeding. Schrader identified himself as the driver. After a brief investigation, he was allegedly found to be in possession of a small amount of marijuana. He was issued a traffic ticket and an appearance ticket.
NORTH HARMONY – Tracy Abbey, 50, of Ashville was charged with driving while intoxicated, refusal to take a breath test, operating on a road shoulder and inadequate turn lamps on Sunday. Around 5:40 a.m., deputies observed a vehicle fail to maintain its lane and fail to signal a turn on Route 394. Deputies stopped the vehicle on Fardink Road and identified the operator as Abbey. After an investigation, Abbey was allegedly found to have been driving in an intoxicated condition. She was arraigned in Harmony Town Court and released to appear back at a later date.
RIPLEY – Jason Leamer, 25, of Goodrich Street was charged with driving while intoxicated, driving while intoxicated with a blood alcohol content of .08 percent or higher and failure to signal a turn on Sunday. At 2 a.m., deputies observed a vehicle fail to signal a turn from Burton Avenue to Goodrich Street. Upon stopping the vehicle, the operator was identified as Leamer. A further investigation found Leamer to allegedly be intoxicated. He will appear in Ripley Town Court.
Jennifer Vinciguerra, 21, of West Main Street, Fredonia, was charged with driving while intoxicated, driving while intoxicated with a blood alcohol content of .08 percent or higher and failure to maintain a lane on Sunday. At 2:17 a.m., deputies saw a vehicle traveling northbound on Route 60 cross the center line of the roadway. Deputies stopped the vehicle and identified the driver as Vinciguerra. Upon investigation, Vinciguerra was allegedly found to be intoxicated and was placed into custody. She was issued appearance tickets for Dunkirk Town Court and was released to a family member.
