Francis W. Kiley II
Francis W. “Frank” Kiley II, 63, of Silver Creek, died Sunday, Oct. 13, 2013 at TLC/Lake Shore Hospital, Irving, NY.
He was born Nov. 16, 1949 in Buffalo, NY, the son of the late Francis and Winifred (Engle) Kiley.
Frank attended Silver Creek Central School. He served in the U.S. Army and was a Vietnam veteran.
He owned Superior Auto Sales in Silver Creek, NY for more than 20 years, re-tiring in 2003. His passion was working on and collecting antique cars. Animals were a big part of his life. He had 13 cats and four dogs and loved them dearly.
Frank enjoyed attending local and national street rod car shows. He was a member of Lake Shore Street Rods, Dunkirk, NY for over 28 years.
Married 43 years, he is survived by his wife, Linda (Capozzi) Kiley; two sons, Francis W. (Darlene) Kiley III of Silver Creek, Thomas Kiley of Silver Creek; a daughter, Tammy (John) Charry of Irving, NY; a sister, Karen (Phil) Austin of Silver Creek, NY; his mother-in-law, Ada Capozzi of Brocton, NY; nine grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his parents; a daughter, Linda Marie Kiley; and his father-in-law, Vincent Capozzi.
Friends may call at the Hole-Parker Funeral Chapel, Silver Creek Monday, Oct. 21, 2013 from 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. There will be additional visitation at the funeral home Tuesday from 9:00 a.m. until the time of the funeral service at 11 a.m. with Pastor Michael Leamon of the Christ Chapel Wesleyan Church officiating. The burial will be private.
