Ripley domestic incident leads to charges
RIPLEY – Charges were announced Friday for a 21-year-old woman who was involved in a domestic dispute on Thursday afternoon.
According to Chautauqua County sheriff’s deputies, Miranda N. Natcher, 21, of Ripley was charged with fourth-degree grand larceny, unlawful imprisonment, criminal obstruction of breathing or blood circulation and second-degree harassment after an incident on State Street around 2:36 p.m.
She was arraigned in town of Westfield Court and sent to Chautauqua County Jail. She will answer the charges at a later date.
Cattaraugus County Sheriff’s Office
RANDOLPH – On Oct. 16 at 9:15 p.m., Cattaraugus County Sheriff’s deputies arrested David E. Roberts, 40, of Sinclairville on a warrant issued from the Cattaraugus County Family Court.
Roberts allegedly violated Article 4 of the Family Court Act, which involves child support.
He was arraigned in Randolph Town Court and remanded to the Cattaraugus County Jail in lieu of $5,000.
