The program continues each Tuesday on Oct. 29, Nov. 5 and 12. The public is invited and all sessions are free.

The presentation, “Beat The Pack: Ready To Quit Smoking? We Can Help You Quit!” is an evidence-based program to give tobacco users the tools and information needed to live healthier, tobacco-free lives. Featured speaker is Theresa Schrantz, LPN, Certified Tobacco Cessation Educator and member of the Southern Tier Tobacco Action Coalition.
