RIPLEY – Three Ripley teens were charged with third-degree assault after a report from a victim in Westfield Memorial Hospital on Oct. 26. Deputies responded to the hospital around 6:30 p.m. where a victim of an alleged assault was being treated. After investigation and interviews, Kyle M. Hannold, 19, a 16-year-old male and a 17-year-old male were charged and issued appearance tickets for the Ripley Town Court.
STOCKTON – Christopher C. Hartney, 22, of Stockton, was charged Oct. 30 with second-degree harassment after deputies received a complaint. Hartney allegedly threatened to do harm or kill another subject. He was issued an appearance ticket for the Stockton Town Court.
BROCTON – Sarah R. Langford, 23, of Fredonia, was charged Oct. 25 with second-degree criminal contempt after deputies received a complaint. Langford allegedly contacted a subject multiple times in direct violation of a valid order of protection. She was issued an appearance ticket for the Brocton Village Court.

SOUTH VALLEY – Richard M. Brian, 47, and Lisa M. Cislo, 33, both of South Dayton, Erika M. Lee, 27, of Randolph, Kyle Bartlett, 21, of Salamanca, and Matthew R. Moran, 29, of Steamburg, were all charged with trespass Oct. 30 after they were allegedly found at Gurnsey Cemetery after visiting hours. They were issued appearance tickets and were released.
