Jonathan Colon, 21, of Canary Street was charged Oct. 29 with no front plate, improper plates, no head lamp, no insurance and having an uninspected and unregistered motor vehicle.

Donielle Buchanan-Willis, 19, of Carol Avenue, Fredonia, was charged with second-degree harassment and trespassing on Oct. 29.

Cody Rodman, 17, of East Seventh Street was charged with third-degree assault on Oct. 29.

Alexander Santiago-Rodriguez, 38, of Lord Street was charged with second-degree menacing on Oct. 30.

Alana Parsons, 23, of Lake Shore Drive East was charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation and failing to stop at a stop sign on Oct. 30.

David Holland, 44, of Liberty Street, Fredonia, was charged with fifth-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, two counts of seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, unlawful possession of marijuana, having a suspended registration and an uninsured and uninspected motor vehicle on Oct. 31.

Ryan Slate, 18, of Park Avenue and Nathan Skubis, 17, of Woodrow Avenue were both charged with petit larceny on Oct. 31.

Mariah Maldonado-Santiago, 22, of Lake Shore Drive East was charged with petit larceny on Oct. 31.

Jacob Lilly, 17, of Berry Road, Fredonia, was charged with following too closely on Nov. 1. According to police, around 12:15 p.m., Virginia Bragg of Dunkirk was stopped in traffic behind other vehicles at the stop light at the intersection of Central Avenue and Howard Avenue. She was struck from behind by Lilly.

Andria Mazurkiewicz, 37, of Webster Road, Fredo-nia, was charged Nov. 1 with failure to keep right, using a cell phone while driving and having an unregistered and uninsured motor vehicle.

Andrew Sroka, 20, of Central Avenue was charged with petit larceny on Nov. 1.

DeMario Hough, 27, of South Zebra Street was charged Nov. 1 with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation, failure to keep right, suspended registration and an uninspected and uninsured motor vehicle.

Joseph Massar, 28, of Park Avenue was charged with failure to yield the right of way at an intersection with a stop sign Saturday. Police say, at 1:45 p.m., F.J. Figueroa-Delvalle, 23, of Maple Avenue was westbound on East Sixth Street when Massar was going south on Deer Street and entered the intersection on East Sixth Street. That caused Figueroa-Delvalle to strike Massar.

Ernest Baker, 42, of Park Avenue was charged with airway obstruction Sunday.

Michael Pacheco, 22, of South Zebra Street was charged with airway obstruction and unlawful imprisonment on Sunday.

Derek Seegar, 22, of Eagle Street, Fredonia, was charged Monday with petit larceny.

Luis Morales, 21, of Dunkirk was charged with trespassing on Monday.

Wilberto Torres, 61, of Lincoln Avenue was charged with second-degree harassment on Monday.

Carmen Lopez, 38, of Lincoln Avenue was charged with second-degree menacing on Tuesday.

Gowanda Police Department

Sammie L. Harris III, 25, of Buffalo was charged with a headlight violation, criminal possession of a weapon and unlawful possession of marijuana on Oct. 26. Harris was stopped on Aldrich Street at 11:55 p.m. for an alleged headlight violation. During the stop, Harris was found to be in possession of an alleged illegal stun gun and a small amount of marijuana. He was arraigned in Collins Town Court and sent to the Erie County Holding Center in lieu of $1,000 bail. The Erie County Sheriff’s Office assisted with this call.
