Phyllis Krepps, 87, of Lenior City, Tenn., formerly of Dunkirk died Friday afternoon (Nov. 22, 2013) at home.
She was born Oct. 25, 1926 in Dunkirk, the daughter of the late Phillip and Mary (Pietro) Messina.
Survivors include one son, Gregory (Beth) Krepps of Lenior City, Tenn.; one daughter, Kimberly Stiles of Erie, Pa.; four grandchildren, Angela Stahlman, Leonard (Amy) Stahlman, David N. Krepps and Erich Krepps; and several nieces and nephews.
Besides her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, David C. Krepps; one brother, Francis “Muzzy” Messina; and two sisters, Virginia Stranz and Mary Ann Vinciguerra.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend a Mass of Christian Burial which will be celebrated Friday morning at 10 o’clock in Holy Trinity Church. Calling hours will be held Wednesday from 4-7 p.m. at the McGraw-Kowal Funeral Home.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the American Cancer Society.
