SILVER CREEK – The Friends of Anderson-Lee Library announce that tickets are now on sale for the annual Christmas Raffle to benefit the library. The following prizes have been donated by members of the Friends of the Library group and local businesses.

Tickets are $1 each and are on sale at Anderson-Lee Library during library hours. Tickets will also be on sale at Rite-Aid in Silver Creek on Friday and Saturday Dec. 6 and 7, Monday Dec. 9, and Friday and Saturday Dec. 12 and 13, all from 9 a.m to3 p.m. In Irving, tickets will be on sale at Smith’s True Value on Tuesday Dec. 10 from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m., Thursday Dec. 12 from 9 a.m to 1 p.m., Saturday Dec. 14 from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. and Tuesday Dec. 17 from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.

The mission of the Friends of Anderson-Lee Library is to maintain an association of persons interested in the library, to stimulate the use of the library’s resources and services, to encourage gifts, endowments and bequests to the library, and to support and cooperate with the library in the development and expansion of library services and facilities for the community.
