GERRY – On Friday deputies responded to Old Chautauqua Road in the Town of Gerry for the report of an altercation between two people.
Theodore Daughenbaugh, 50, of Sinclairville allegedly struck another person in the head with an alarm clock.
Daughenbaugh was issued an appearance ticket for second-degree harassment and will answer the charge in the Town of Gerry Court.
HANOVER – On Saturday at 2 a.m. Chautauqua County Sheriff deputies responded to a report of a disorderly subject at the Lighthouse Inn in the Town of Hanover.
Leta R. Halftown, 43, of Perrysburg allegedly became disorderly inside a motel room, which consisted of her throwing items and causing damage.
During this act there was a young child present in the room.
Halftown was arrested and charged with endangering the welfare of a child along with disorderly conduct.
She was taken into custody and later released with appearance tickets.
She will answer the charges in Hanover Town Court.
JAMESTOWN – On Thursday at 10 p.m. Peter J. Shaw-Brougham Jr., 19, of Jamestown was arrested by the Jamestown Police Department on an arrest warrant issued by the Town of Randolph Court.
Shaw-Brougham is charged with endangering the welfare of a child and two counts of petit larceny. He was turned over to the Chautauqua County Sheriff’s Office and taken to the Town of Randolph Court for arraignment.
He was sent to the Chautauqua County Jail in lieu of $2,500 bail.
GERRY – Wigberto Torres Rodriguez, 61, of Dunkirk was charged with driving while intoxicated, failure to keep right, crossing the hazard lines and driving on shoulder on Nov. 30.
Deputies observed a vehicle traveling south on Route 60 and allegedly commit multiple traffic infractions at 11:36 p.m. Torres Rodriguez was found to be allegedly intoxicated. He will appear in Gerry Village Court at a later date.
