Shop local this season at the Fredonia Farmers’ Market
Whether you are looking for a hostess gift, stocking stuffer, or a unique present for a special person this season, the Fredonia Winter Farmers’ Market’s “Shop Local Holiday Gift Sale” will feature a wide variety of locally produced items. Get your holiday shopping done while supporting the local job economy on Saturday, Dec. 21 after regular market hours from 1:30 to 3:30 p.m. at the Masonic Forest Lodge on Route 20 in Fredonia. The Holiday Gift Sale will feature locally produced gift items from area farms and artisans, including baked goods, maple syrup, honey, jams/jellies, cheese baskets, hand-made soaps, quilted and woven fiber crafts, jewelry, pottery, and a table of talented youth artists with special craft items. Shoppers may also purchase a gift basket and fill it with an assortment of items from the Market.
The event will also offer family cookie decorating. Parents may purchase holiday sugar cookies and gingerbread cookies from several vendors for their children to decorate onsite. This event is sure to be lots of fun and no mess in your own kitchen!
