Chautauqua County Court

District Attorney, David W. Foley, announced the following pleas and sentences in Chautauqua County Court.

  • Richard Patterson, 22, of Brocton, was sentenced to two to six years in state prison for third-degree burglary.
  • Gregory E. Darling, 55, of Jamestown, was sentenced to two years in state prison and one and a half years of post release supervision for third-degree attempted criminal possession of a controlled substance.
  • Mark Schulenberg, 30, of Dunkirk, was sentenced to one and a third to four years in state prison for fourth-degree grand larceny consecutive with six months in jail for petit larceny.
  • Zachiel L. Fields, 34, of Jamestown, was sentenced to one year determinate in jail for violation of probation consecutive with six months in jail for a second violation of probation.
  • Robin Smith, 40, of Jamestown, was sentenced to 105 days in jail, a $2,000 fine and five years probation for felony driving while intoxicated.
  • Bianca Mojica, 21, of Dunkirk, was sentenced to time served and five years probation for second-degree attempted assault.
  • Steven D. Douglas, 25, of Buffalo, was sentenced to five years probation for fifth-degree criminal sale of a controlled substance.
  • Russell G. Bartlett, 36, of Jamestown, was sentenced to five years probation for fourth-degree grand larceny.
  • Mark Smith, 39, of Brooklyn, was sentenced to three years probation for seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance.
