Damian Buchanan, 23, of Woodrow Avenue was charged with criminal mischief and criminal trespass on Dec. 19.
Charles Rosario, 29, of Lincoln Avenue was charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation and failure to obey a traffic control device on Dec. 20.
Marvin Harvey, 22, of Maple Avenue was charged with fifth-degree possession of marijuana, unlawful possession of marijuana and seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance on Dec. 20.
Javier Hernandez-Gonzalez, 23, of Bennett Road was charged with unlawful possession of marijuana, fifth-degree possession of marijuana, no headlights and no wipers on Dec. 20.
Noel Rodriguez, 33, of Maple Avenue was charged with fifth-degree possession of marijuana on Dec. 20.
Devon Wilson, 19, of Lord Street was charged with two counts of second-degree harassment, fourth-degree criminal mischief, aggravated harassment and aggravated family offense on Dec. 20.
Orlando Rodriguez, 51, of Lincoln Avenue Lower was charged with driving while intoxicated, consumption of alcohol in a motor vehicle and following too closely on Dec. 21.
According to an accident report, around 8 p.m., Nicole Donato, 35, of Woodrow Avenue was stopped for a red light on East Fourth Street at Washington Avenue. When it turned green, she started westbound. Rodriguez was also westbound and allegedly didn’t stop in time to avoid a collision, rear-ending Donato’s vehicle.
An investigation allegedly revealed Rodriguez to be intoxicated, with a beer located in the center console.
Lorrie Skelly, 46, of West Main Street, Fredonia, was charged with driving while intoxicated and moving from a lane unsafely on Dec. 21.
Zuldeymi Heyliger-Martinez, 23, of East Main Road, Fredonia, was charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation and failure to use a designated lane on Sunday.
According to an accident report, around 8 a.m., Heyliger-Martinez was traveling north on Central Avenue just north of East Seventh Street when she was following a vehicle that made a right turn in front of her without using its signal, which caused her to swerve around the vehicle and strike a light pole.
Benjamin Caraballo, 35, of Park Avenue was charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation and no headlights on Tuesday.
Eric DePasquale, 29, of South Margay Street was charged with unlicensed operation on Tuesday.
According to an accident report, DePasquale was traveling east on West Doughty Street around 9:40 a.m. and was going to make a left turn onto Lincoln Avenue. He allegedly slid through the stop sign and struck another vehicle that was entering the intersection.
Ryan Falco, 29, of West Main Street Upper, Brocton, was charged with third-degree criminal sale of a controlled substance on Thursday.
