JAMESTOWN – On Thursday, New York State Police arrested Timothy E. Ford, 52, of Panama for driving while intoxicated on State 394.

He was transported to Jamestown State Police for processing where a blood alcohol level of .22 percent was obtained.

Ford was issued tickets for driving while intoxicated and is to appear in the City of Jamestown Court at a later date.

SILVER CREEK – Fredonia State Police arrested Lauren A. Helda, 30, of Silver Creek for shoplifting $243.28 of miscellaneous cosmetics from Rite Aid.

Helda was processed at the Fredonia Station and issued an appearance ticket returnable to the Village of Silver Creek Court for the petit larceny.

Helda was also issued a ticket for aggravated unlicensed operation.

RANDOLPH – On Monday, New York State Troopers arrested Kevin A. Hanson, 25, of Little Valley for drug possession and driving with a suspended license after a traffic stop for a loud muffler on State 394.

Hanson was issued tickets for unlawful possession of marijuana, aggravated unlicensed operation and inadequate exhaust returnable to the Town of Randolph Court.
